Private AI platform by Corbel
Atrium is a multi-model AI workspace that runs inside your own Azure tenant. Sign-in through Entra ID, a per-user spend cap enforced in the software, and a managed service that keeps it current. Your data never leaves your subscription.
Why Atrium exists
Your people are already using AI. Most of them are doing it on personal accounts, pasting company data into tools nobody approved, on devices nobody checked. The usual answer is to block the consumer sites and buy Copilot. Blocking without an alternative pushes usage to phones. Copilot is one model at thirty dollars a seat, and it will not tell you who used it for what.
We built Atrium as the third option: a company-owned workspace with the models people actually ask for, on the same identity, device, and network controls that already protect the rest of Microsoft 365. Then we close the consumer doors, because now there is somewhere to send people.
You cannot block personal AI accounts until you have given people a company one.

Pricing
A per-user fee on every user in your tenant, a one-time onboarding fee, and the infrastructure and model usage that stay in your own Azure subscription and vendor accounts. You see every dollar and we never mark it up.
One time
from $2,000

per user per month, graduated, on every user in your tenant. 12-month term, billed monthly. Counted from a monthly Entra snapshot. 50-user minimum.
Pass-through

per month fixed, plus usage. Billed to you by Azure and the model providers.
Price it
Every user in your tenant counts, and the rate steps down as you grow. Model usage is an estimate at a $10 per-user cap. The cap itself is yours to set.
All-in per month at the same headcount
Graduated: the first 100 users at $8, the next 150 at $5, the next 350 at $4, everything above 600 at $3, with a 50-user minimum on a 12-month term. Onboarding is $1,500 plus $10 per user, capped at $7,500. Infrastructure is estimated at $225 fixed plus $6 per user, which is where most companies land under a $10 cap. Competitor figures are published list prices on annual terms, October 2026. Each one changes plan as you grow: Copilot moves to the $30 Enterprise plan above 300 users, Claude Team stops at 150 and Enterprise adds usage at API rates on top of $20, and ChatGPT Business stops at 200 with Enterprise unpublished, reported around $60. The bars use the published floor, so the real gap above those lines is wider than shown.
What Atrium costs at 100 users.
About $1,600 a month all-in for four model families with a hard ceiling and a spend report, after an onboarding fee you pay once. Copilot for the same hundred seats is $3,000 a month for one model and no visibility. Usage-based pricing means the monthly numbers are an estimate; the per-user cap is not.

Published list prices, per user per month on annual terms, October 2026. Atrium is the only one that runs in your own subscription with a hard per-user ceiling. We'll tell you when one of the others is the better buy for part of your company.
At 100 users, Atrium runs about $1,600 a month all-in with a $10 cap, against $1,800 for Copilot Business, $2,000 for ChatGPT Business or Claude Team, and $4,000 for Perplexity Enterprise Pro. All figures are annual terms. Prices are from vendor price lists and published reporting as of October 2026 and change often; we check them before every quote.
What Atrium is not
Atrium is not Copilot inside Word and Excel. If your people need AI that lives in the Office apps, buy Copilot for those people and use Atrium for everyone else; the two coexist fine and most companies land there. It does not redact personal data out of prompts yet; that is on the roadmap, and until it ships the control is the same one you use for email: policy, training, and the audit trail. It needs an Azure subscription and Entra ID. If you are not on Microsoft 365, this is the wrong product and we will say so on the first call.
